Am Amazing BLT Sandwich

Greetings on this fine Monday morning!  I tossed and turned all night wondering what to share with you today and I finally came to terms with this:  A BLT.  Not just a regular BLT i might add.  This is as close to a local BLT as you can well imagine.

Bacon from the local Riverside Market.

Lettuce from our garden.

Tomatoes off our plants.

French Bread from a local Bakery.

A special topping instead of mayonnaise, avocado and cilantro puree.

This is a very close play on my chicken and avocado club but slightly different.

Hmmm, sounds so yummy, although I’m thinking of slipping out the bacon and replacing it with some tofu for us part-time or full-time vegetarians. The avocado/cilantro puree has to taste heavenly. You always have the best ideas, Cooking.
